Jack Thorn Black was born September 22, 2000 in Milwaukee, WI to Duane and Bae Lee black, but lived in Anchorage, Alaska most of his life, until adulthood where he traveled/stayed in several different states. He loved music, it was a passion for him, growing up he was in a punk band called The Black hearts.  He will be remembered fondly by his sister Lucy black, his mom Bae Lee, his dad Duane, his very first friends Juliana, Kyen, and Phoenix. As well as every other person that got to meet Jack and be in his life. Our sweet jack was only 23 when he passed on Tuesday, November 14 2023 at 11:11. He lost his battle with opioids/Fentanyl. He was found on the streets of Seattle with no pulse, and after 15 minutes of CPR paramedics were able to revive him, but he stayed in a coma for 2 days before he passed. He suffered from multiple heart attacks from Sunday night up until the time of his death. The family has chosen at this time to not have a funeral, but a celebration of life next year September 22 2024, on Jacks 24th birthday in his place of birth.
