Inna lillahi wa inna llye hi Rajiyoon. May Allah bless uncle Ismail a special place in Jannah Firdos. Allah blessed him with good life and the angel of death took his life on Friday in the blessed month of Ramadan and he is a martyr as he was a victim of Covid 19. May Allah increase his ranks and he has such a beautiful Shaikh Suhail Lehar as Sadqa Jariya for him. Inshallah he will be in our thoughts and prayers.

You were a ray of light in our community. I used to love your company in the Quincy masjid daily at fajr. You used to sit in your spo until ishrak to pray your two Rakas. You used to remember Allah all the time and teach me and my friends little gems hear and there from our Deen. You also blessed us with your so and my dear friend Suheil, whose lectures would enlighten us always. Those were indeed precious times. You have returned to Allah, answering His call during this blessed month on a blessed Friday. Insha Allah you are resting with a front seat view to lofty and fragrant gardens of paradise. May Allah elevate him and his wife to the highest levels of Paradise and company of the beloved Messenger. His love for people, for Ummah of Prophet (saws) and anyone who crosses his path (even in elevator) is stunning. Although I wasn't fortunate enough to meet his wife, sister Zulaykha, I could see Justice Laher's overflowing love for her. Both of them were a strong team who genuinely loved the Ummah and were a role model for all Muslim families. For me he’s like a grandfather figure and he reminded me so much of the grandfathers I lost.

May Allah give him and his wife steadfastness as he is questioned in the grave. May Allah give comfort and unending blessings to the family of Justice Laher. May the good good deeds/duas of the family be a source of Sadaqah Jariyah for Justice Laher and Sister Zulaykha.
