Irene Hoffman Scott, 67, of Richmond, VA passed away peacefully on March 23, surrounded by her four children. Irene grew up in Massapequa, NY and resided in St. Louis, MO before settling in Richmond in 1976. She was a Registered Nurse and worked at Chippenham Medical Center for 25 years, where she helped many patients and mentored young nurses. Irene was immensely talented and shared her passions for floral and interior design, fashion, event planning …
