Irene Hoffman Scott, 67, of Richmond, VA passed away peacefully on March 23, surrounded by her four children. Irene grew up in Massapequa, NY and resided in St. Louis, MO before settling in Richmond in 1976. She was a Registered Nurse and worked at Chippenham Medical Center for 25 years, where she helped many patients and mentored young nurses. Irene was immensely talented and  shared her passions for floral and interior design, fashion, event planning and travel with her friends and loved ones. She will be dearly missed and always remembered for her creativity and joie de vivre.

Irene is survived by her four children - Trevor Scott, Meredith (Bradley) Geesaman, Shannon (Joshua) Novack and Kathleen (Nathan) Leslie; nine grandchildren - Owen and Finley Scott, Benjamin, Henry and Caroline Geesaman, Oliver and Simon Novack, and Connor and Cora Leslie; and her four siblings - Judith Hoffman, Richard Hoffman, Andrea Ryan and James Hoffman.
