I am so sorry for the loss of your mother and wife. I remember Ida always busy and smiling. My mom and her were friends. We spent many a Sundays at church, praising and worshipping God. She is now with my mom and many other loved ones. Many prayers and love sent to you all Love Deborah Lamprecht
Ida was my cousin and friend. I will always remember her at family reunions and church functions. We also had a business partnership. She was a dear, loving person to everyone she met.
My mom was the best friend I ever had, my garage sale partner, my confidant, my cheer leader, I will miss those days but know she is with Jesus, and I know we will all be reunited again.
Grandma was truly a one-of-a-kind treasure! She was always the most generous, thoughtful, loving, caring, and devoted grandma/wife/mother/friend! I’m so happy that she is with Jesus now as she spent her whole life serving Him! I’ll miss her smile, her laugh, and the way that she loved not only her family, but everyone around her! She is so so so very loved!
Ida! How I love Ida! When I saw her at church, she never wavered with my name- in her angelic voice. She would, without fail, kiss me on the cheek and tell me how wonderful a mother I am, that God can be nothing but proud of me.....♥️😢😇 RIP Ida! I cannot wait to see you again!
I will never forget the kindness and great hospitality of Ida as she (and Ken) housed me for a few weeks while Cindy and I were trying to sell our home in Michigan. On one occasion, Ida got quite perturbed at me when I stripped my own bed and took my laundry to Michigan to do before I returned. She loved to care for others and I was deeply cared for. Cindy and I will be praying for the Sowers family during this time of loss and celebration as we have to be out of town on the 21st.
