Mr. Hugh E. Scott, age 89, passed away Saturday, December 09, 2017 at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro. He was born August 3, 1928 to Jesse Nathaniel and Sarah Ellen Kennedy Scott in Reidsville and had lived there all of his life.
