Howard's obituary

Howard Eddie Nease, 80, of Poca, WV, went home to the lord on March 24th, 2022. He was husband to Nancy Hastings Nease who preceded him in death. They shared 42 wonderful years together.

Howard was born to the late Elban Pearl and Helen Stewart Nease. He is survived by three children, Valerie Cremeans of St. Albans, WV, David Nease (Angela) of Liberty, SC, Mark Nease (Terri) of Hurricane, WV; two step-children, Tami LeMaster (Mike) of Gallipolis, OH, and Chip Terry (Cyndi) of Milton, WV; a brother, Gary Nease of St. Albans, WV; ten grandchildren, Amanda Freed (Mark), Pamela Trittapoe (Seth), Bri Molizon (Josh), Hayley Nease, Jessica Nease, Danielle Parsons, Alan Stewart, Marissa Stewart, Nolan Clark, and Anna Clark; four step-grandchildren, Cody LeMaster, Drew LeMaster (Hannah), Trevor Terry, and Miranda Terry; fifteen great grandchildren, Samuel, Benjamin, Gabriel, and Zachary Nicholas, Jackson Jones, Jaala Freed, Addy Trittapoe, Christopher, Peyton, and Kayden Thomas, Morgan and Isaiah Molizon, Adilynn, Eli, and Paisley LeMaster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and his fur baby, Baxter. In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by a brother, William (Bert) Nease Sr; a sister, Alice Sypolt (Ernie); and a great grandson, Jacob Wade Nicholas.

Family and friends are welcome to attend Howard’s celebration of life on April 16, 2022 at Barboursville Community Center.  The celebration will begin at 1pm.
