Dear Jessica and Jeffrey,
My heart is with you during this very painful time. Carmencita was truly a special person, full of kindness, joy, and generosity. Her friendship was a gift, and her memory will always live on in those of us who were blessed to know her.
I am also thinking of your children who are in college here in the United States. I know this loss is especially difficult for the whole family, particularly when loved ones are far from home. May they find comfort in their grandmother’s love, in the values she taught them, and in the beautiful memories they will always carry in their hearts.
Carmencita left a deep legacy of love, service, and joy. That legacy continues in you and in her grandchildren. May God surround you with His peace, give you strength, and hold you close during this very difficult time.
Please know that I am here for you and your family. If your children or you need anything at all while they are here in the United States, do not hesitate to reach out. It would be my honor to help in any way.
With all my love and prayers,

Carmen was a beautiful person inside & out. She was always there for me whenever I needed her. I looked forward to our hanging out times. I even got her to go with me to Dorney park when I took my six grandchildren. That is definitely true friendship. I miss you my friend. Your last text to me was “ I love you my friend” as you were boarding the plane to go to Peru. I love you too Carmen. RIP my beautiful friend. ❤️

Jessica I don’t have the words to express how sorry I am for your loss. Hugs to you and your family.

Today I want to honor the life of carmen peters
She was an elegant woman, with a beautiful appreciation for fine food and a special radiance filled with glamour. But the most precious thing about Carmen was her heart: always attentive, always ready to help, always looking out for others with sincere love.
To me, she was much more than a friend… she was like a mother in this country. Her calls every morning, her advice, and the way she was always present in my life—and in the lives of my children—are memories I will cherish forever.
Today, her absence brings pain, but I am also deeply grateful to have had her in my life. Everything she taught me lives on within me.
Rest in peace, Carmen 🤍 You will live on in our hearts forever.
