Hilda “Carmen” Peters of Allentown, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Born in Lima, Peru, she was the daughter of Augusto and Hilda Monteverde. Carmen worked for and retired from PPL Electric Utilities and was part of the very large family of all who worked there. One of Carmen’s biggest accomplishments was being a mother.
