Herbert was a loving, faithful, and caring first cousin. He loved his family and would do anything to show his love for us. When we meet, he would just kiss and hug me to no end.  We both were twins and had something in common.

I LOVE HIM more than words can express and definite miss him.

His works on earth are over but his reward is with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To our family, we pray that you will be like me, find comfort in the word of the Lord, “Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted.” REST in PEACE. I will always love you.❤️❤️💜🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿👏🏽🙌
