Herbert Marshall Carl, age 77, loving husband, father, and grandfather, died peacefully in Sun City West, AZ on September 18, 2023, with his wife and 3 children by his side.
Herb was born in Milwaukee, WI on April 13, 1946, to parents Leonard and Norma. Herb lived most of his life in Milwaukee attending and playing football at Riverside High School. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin after serving 2 years in the U.S. …
