Herbert Lawrence Brown, 89, passed away on May 28, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Brooklyn, Herb moved his young family to Long Island in 1969 and in his later years lived in Somers, NY while enjoying winters in Naples, FL.
Herb was raised in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn. A renegade from the start, he chose the Yankees over the Dodgers. He was a spirited child, keeping his parents, Leonard and Dorothy Brown, …
