Richard and Wife Ruth were such a loving supportive couple. They were truly models for others of us who so appreciated being their friends.

I had the pleasure of working with and for Richard at HUD in San Francisco. A smart, kind, generous man who worked hard and made everyone around him feel important. My condolences to Ruth and the children who were lucky enough to have Richard as their step-father. May he rest in peace.
