> Our family received the unexpected news that Henry Harris, father of 6 and grandfather of 11, passed away in his sleep. The man who built a foundation of warmth and empathy, who preferred kindness and gentleness to all else, was accepted back into arms of Mother Nature  on the early morning of September 23, 2025.

Henry Harris was born in Memphis Tennessee, before his family moved to San Antonio Texas.

When he was 22, Henry took to traveling abroad for work, visiting Paris, UK, Canada, and even Japan.

It was on one of these trips that he met his wife, Sadie Harris. After over 10 years of traveling, he decided to settle down in his home town, Memphis, with his wife. They went on to have 6 Children ( Sam Harris, Will Harris, Mary Holmes, Annette Jones, Joshua Mosby, and Sadie Mosby). From them, came his 11 grandchildren (Savon Green, Shanel Henderson, Briana McKnight, Xie’er McKnight, Brandon McKnight, Sadie Whiteside, Jasmine Jones, Sydney Jones, Kristen Jones, Chelsea Jones, and Marcus Holmes). Henry was a family man and be will be missed dearly.
