Mr. Henry Wayman “Rudy” Daniel son of the late Charlie and Josephine Daniel was born October 24, 1958 in Altheimer, Arkansas. He attended Altheimer public schools and was a graduate of Altheimer High School, Class of 1977. At an early age he professed his faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized at Bass Chapel Baptist Church in Cornerstone, Arkansas. Rudy later joined Evangelistic Outreach Church, where he and his family served as long and faithful members. Rudy served faithfully as a Minister of the Church and member of the Food Pantry Ministry, fulfilling his passion for helping others
Rudy was united in holy matrimony to the late Gloria Daniel, until she tragically departed this life in an automobile accident; this union was blessed with one son. Rudy was united again in holy matrimony for 35 years to Rosetta Creggett Daniel. This union was blessed with two children. Rosetta preceded him in death on January 26, 2020.
Rudy was employed at Central Moloney for many years. His three favorite pastimes were race cars, archery and being an avid fisher. As a result of his generous spirit and pleasant personality, many loved Rudy. His influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him. He quietly departed this life Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Hospital in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. His parents, Charlie and Josephine Daniel, a brother, Willis T. Daniel, his first wife Gloria Daniel and his beloved wife Rosetta Creggett Daniel, preceded him in death.
His life and memory will forever be cherished in the lives of his children: one daughter, Christa Daniel of Altheimer, AR, three sons, Andre Daniel(Ebony) of Pine Bluff, Maruice Daniel(Tiffany) of Jacksonville, AR, and Chaleb Daniel of Altheimer, AR, 11 sisters, Lavern Spencer of San Diego, CA, Charlie Mae Brown of Little Rock, AR, Varnor Jean Pruitt of Little Rock, AR, Mary Alice Holmes of Denver, CO, Jackie Walker(Frank) of St. Louis, MO, Ezera Polk(Richard) of Stuttgart, AR, Joyce Lovette of Pine Bluff, AR, Vickie Thompson(LeRoy), St. Louis, MO, Rosaline Mix Daniel – Carr of Little Rock, AR and Tangie Mix Daniel of Little Rock, AR; 8 brothers, Charlie Lee Daniel(Tabitha) of Stuttgart, AR, Robert Lee Daniel(Elizabeth) of Pine Bluff, AR, Herman Sims(Kathy) of Saginaw, MI, Sylvester Hayes(Nina) of Litte Rock, AR, Robert Lovette of Pine Bluff, AR, Mack Akins(Gwen) of Pine Bluff, AR, Kenneth Ray Lovette of Pine Bluff, AR, and Michael Lovette of Pine Bluff, AR; 7 Grandchildren; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
