She was a giver by nature, you could not tell her you liked something because she was most likely going to give it to you, and a cheerful giver at that. Her favorite charity was St. Judes children's hospital whenever she had extra cash she would be sure to make a money order and donate whenever she could. She loved her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren beyond measure! She prayed for them daily even if she was not able to see them at times. She had a very strong bond with her grandchildren and great grandchildren with many of them giving her different nicknames, along the way, Grimmy, Apple, H's, Wawa's and Jade. But often known to many as Ms. Helen or Mrs. H.  She was the Matriarch of her family and was very protective and very respected and when Helen spoke you listened. She was the glue that held everyone together and without her things simply will not be the same. She had always told us whenever she left this world to not be scared or sad or think she is not around. She always told us she would always be with us no matter what. She will forever be missed and remembered on daily basis and no one will ever replace her. She truly was one of a kind and a very unique person and a legend in her own time.
