Helen was a close friend during my time in Michigan & at Greenfield Village. We worked together many times & I learned so much from her. She was the “Edison expert”. She had a great sense of humor & was a great mimic. I last saw Helen in 2019, after I moved to Florida. We met at Maumee Bay State Park with a couple other friends for lunch. I will miss her always.

Helen was wonderful with visitors of all ages. It always amazed me how she could settle an excited group of students with her soft spoken greeting and interesting stories. I will always remember her calming fortitude is the chaotic field trip days at the Village.
