Our mother, Helen Horner (pictured here with her granddaughter), died unexpectedly following complications from back surgery. This site memorializes her life. She was much loved, and we will miss her greatly. Thank you for everyone's support during this difficult time.

Helen Jacqueline Horner (née Bunch), 75, died August 8, 2019 at the Gilchrist Hospice Center in Howard County, MD. Helen was born on April 26, 1944 in San Bernardino, CA to Benjamin and Madaline Bunch (née Jackson). Helen lived most of her life in California but also resided at times in Florida, Oklahoma, Ohio, Philippines, and Germany, and most recently in Maryland where she moved to live with her daughter and granddaughter.
