Helen Ann Wright Casey, 79, was welcomed into heaven on June 19, 2013. She leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, Joseph Walter Casey, her beloved daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and George Washington, her favorite granddaughter, Tiffany Moyer-Washington and her spouse, Jen Moyer-Washington, and favorite grandson, Benjamin Washington and two great-grandchildren, Jeremiah and Kayden Moyer-Washington. She was pre-deceased by her brother, John Wright and brother-in-law, Richard Casey. She also leaves sisters, Cathy Bachrach and Bonnie Miller, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Hilda Desilet, Joseph Casey, Shirley & Stan Hughes and her Aunt Helen Corcoran. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews and many honoree grandchildren, including Ali Kaminski. She also leaves her beloved best friends of over fifty years, Lincoln and Rene Goff. She devoted her life as a stay at home wife, Mom and Grandma. She had a generous spirit and loving heart especially for animals. She enjoyed crossword and jig saw puzzles and had over thirty pen pals.

Memorial services will be held on June 27 at 2 p.m. at Praise Christian Fellowship Church, Route 44, Barkhamsted, CT. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the National Foundation for Cancer Research, Bethesda, MD 20814.
