Helen Riggs Dwyer Beck, 98, of Catonsville, Maryland, passed away at home on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Born January 6, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Franklin Paul Dwyer and Sarah Riggs Dwyer. During the World War II years, she was employed by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad as an executive secretary. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alvin Clark Beck.
