I knew Heidi in High School and we were in Leadership together. I was always a bit shy, and she was so warm and friendly and supportive of me that she made me feel instantly welcome.  I saw her a few years ago at a Homecoming Game and she greeted me with open arms like no time had passed. She was always so full of life and I absolutely loved her sense of humor.

2019, Smorgasburg, Kent Avenue, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, USA
One of my favorite memories with Heidi's kids is taking them on the train from the UWS to Smorgasburg in Williamsburg for Ramen burgers and ice cream. Heidi loved her children with all of her heart and I am honored that she trusted me to take care of them often. They all have her sense of humor and compassion.
