As her classmate I’ve never had the chance to get to know Heejin better, but I always remember how smart she was and how hard she was working to pursue her civil engineering career. She’d always be memorized by us and may she rest in the better place.

Heejin took my two courses that are Structural Design 1 and Finite Element Analysis, and she showed very good understanding and performances. I expected that she will do a leading role in civil engineering in near future, but I heard this tragic news. Words may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow that I fee for the passing of Heejin Kim.
