It is with a heavy heart that we announce that HeeJin Kim passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the age of 23 at Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg. She had a very difficult battle with colon cancer, and we are comforted by the fact that she is no longer suffering.
