Following a brief illness the Singer, Guitarist, Pianist, Flautist, Arranger and jazz musician passed away peacefully on April 17 in Richmond Beach with family members at her side. She was 75. Heather was born June 8, 1945 in Silverdale. Her mother was Edward Crossland Smith (Eddy), an English teacher, actress and founder of The Bremerton Theater. Her father was Harry Harvard Hammond, a pianist, arranger, builder, carpenter and businessman known for log homes in the …
