Heather's obituary

Heather, 45, of Tucson, AZ died unexpectedly on September 01, 2024 from natural causes, yet unknown, in her sleep. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.

Heather was born on October 21, 1978 to  Bob and Deb Hackett. Heather had 2 beautiful children, Jordan Olsen-Garza of Commerce City , CO and Kyl James Olsen of San Diego, CA. Heather attended Horizon High School in Broomfield CO.   Heather moved to Tucson AZ with her parents and younger sister, Sara Reed and her nephews, Drake Chadwick and Chance Reed in November of 2018. She is pro-ceded in death by her younger sister Megan Hackett, her Aunt Kelsey Jarvi and all of her grandparents.

Anyone who knew Heather, knew that she was the kindest person ever, she had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone at anytime. Heather was also a very sensitive person and often wore her emotions on her sleeve. She had a beautiful contagious laugh and smile.  Heather worked side by side with her sister Sara in a housecleaning business they ran. She loved animals and rescuing dogs, and she loved to do Arts and Crafts in her craft room at home and was always doing DYI projects wherever she could find them. In April of 2019, Heather met her fiancé Phil Bryan, this is from Phil:

In April 13, 2019 my life changed forever. Our first date, who would have known we would have spent everyday together from then on. I got to spend 1966 days with you not nearly enough. I am so blessed; you taught me and showed me what love was really about. You loved me unconditionally, and I will carry you in my heart for the rest of my life.

September 1, 2024 my life changed forever. Our last day together. I have realized just how precious you were to me, you were a loving mother, daughter, sister and the love of my life. You gave me purpose, and you inspired me to be the best version of myself possible. I will be forever grateful because I got to be in love with you. Your earthly body may be gone but your spirit and love will always live on in my heart.  Rest in Peace my beautiful love until we meet again. Our girls Lucy & Maddie will remind me daily of your love ensuring you will not be forgotten.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Heather on November 9th at 3 pm, at the El Molinito Mexican restaurant at 10180 N.
