Heath is survived by his two sisters, Kristina Archie and Angie Harbin, who loved him dearly and will forever remember the bond shared. He had a special relationship with his brother, Jeff Sapp, which was built on mutual respect and admiration. His daughter, Elannie Sapp, was the apple of his eye and his pride for her was evident to everyone who knew him.

Sharing his life, love, and laughter was Heath's partner, Thelma Jones. They had a unique bond that was a perfect blend of love, companionship, and understanding. They faced life's many challenges and joys together, creating an incredible life story that will live on in the hearts of all who knew them.
