In college at the U of A we called him Heathbar, and he always used to say he was born in a bar on St Pats!  We will toast to Heath tonight on our St Pat’s cruise in Huntington Harbour.  He was a great friend for decades! ☘️

How did I first meet Heath?
I first met Heath at a Kappa Sigma fraternity party at the U of A in 1981. He was dressed in drag (may have been Halloween?) and was the life of the party! We toasted to his memory on St. Patrick’s last month which would have been his 58th birthday.

Heath with local and international colleagues from Revelation Software Concepts
Hi - I worked closely with Heath at Revelation Software Concepts supporting him during the sales process and always enjoyed working with him. He always had a smile and encouraging word and praise for my help which I will always remember him by! He always ended every customer call or meeting with the phrase “I am here to help you in any way I can” which is something I’ve taken to heart with my own work. He inspired me to look at the positive side of every issue or challenge. I am sad to hear he passed - my sincerest condolences to his family and friends during the time of grief. May you all hold your fondest memories close as these will help you continue on without him.

Heath was my best buddy throughout college at the U of A and he moved to Huntington Beach to become my roommate after graduation for several years until he moved to Boston. He was always full of laughter and the life of the party, and he had an incredible repertoire of jokes! We traveled to Mazatlan together for spring break in college and had great times together for many years. He was also a groomsman in my wedding in 1994. I was shocked to hear he left us so soon and this has been very tough news. We kept in touch for 30 years and we always hit the town together during my many business trips to Boston. He had the nickname ‘Heathbar’ in college and it stuck with him for years afterward. My heart goes out to his family and close friends. Heath will be sorely missed and I will always remember him as a fantastic friend! With sympathy, Dave Nix

Heath has been a special part of my life for the past 15 years, and will be greatly missed! He was a genuine true friend, caring, generous, and thoughtful. Loved his family and friends, always shared a memory or story with a big laugh and grin. I'm going to miss his happy go lucky personality, warm smile, and calls just to let me know he was thinking of me.
You will always have a special space in my heart Heath XO
My deepest, heartfelt sympathies go out to Heath’s family and friends. Heath and I dated throughout college for 3 years and I am so heartbroken to hear of his passing. Heath was an integral part of my life during those years and I have so many amazing, fun memories with him. Heath had a gift of making people feel special and comfortable and nobody was a stranger to him. Many of those memories include fraternity parties, hanging out with my dorm girlfriends, giving him perms, the little grass shack, having him visit my family at Thanksgiving, traveling to Rocky Point Mexico, Las Vegas and visiting his family in Michigan. Not to mention, the many times he felt the need to randomly entertain people 😊. He had a great sense of humor, he was spontaneous, goofy, sentimental, thoughtful, loving, and he deeply cared for his family and friends. He lived life to the fullest. He brought a lot of joy to so many people and he will truly be missed. My prayers go out to everyone whose life he touched.

Anyone that knew Heath knows what a tragic loss this is. He was a caring, thoughtful person who I have had the honor of being friends with for over 25 years. We traveled to many island locations, which usually required having a hot tub present. A hot tub with Heath wasn't complete without him releasing a small bottle of shampoo which would erupt into an endless cloud of bubbles rising up. Also, deep sea fishing trips would get people dancing, and Heath laughing loudly, as he slipped wriggling bait fish into attendees shorts. Heath was the best kind of people, and will be sadly missed. All my best to his family and friends.
My humblest condolences to Heath's family and friends. Heath was always very supportive of me, my band, and always a lot of fun to hang out with!
Great sense of humor, good guy, and I enjoyed working with him. He left us way too early.
Cliff LePoer- I will miss child like demeanor. Heath and I were close friends for over 25 years. Many of my fondest memories include him. He stayed at my home briefly when he was getting settled in Florida and instantly became close to my son. Never forgot to call him on his birthday or if he came across some new toy he thought Devin might like I hope you don't forget to keeping laughing. God knows you dragged me to too many bad comedy shows. Love you man.

My deepest condolences to Heath’s family and friends. Heath and I worked together at 3 companies and have been friends for nearly 25 years. Although, I have not seen him in person for about 7 years, we spoke regularly. I will always remember his sense of humor and ability to cheer people up. Everyone who met Heath liked him, he had a rare ability to make friends and genuinely cared about others. We have great memories of deep sea fishing on Cape Cod, going to Suffolk Downs horse track, golfing and the birthday gifts he use to bring my kids when they were young (Billy the talking Bass fish wall mount comes to mind 😊) along with many other adventures. RIP my friend, you touched many lives and will be missed!
