God ordained Hazel Mildred Walker’s entry into the world on March 28, 1930, in Rock Spring, Hanover, Jamaica West Indies. It was the first year of the Great Depression. However on Blair’s Hill in Hanover, it was a time of joy and peace for the Blair family as their darling and beloved Hazel joined her siblings, Winston Herbert, George Milton, Donald Altamont, and Hilda Cynthia.
