It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved and only child, Hazel Marie Sylvia (formerly known as Conner J. Wallace) on June 17, 2025 in Tacoma, Washington. Born August 26, 1997. Hazel was a graduate of Bremerton High School and attended Olympic College. Hazel found joy in drawing, writing, anime, music, and reading. She cherished time spent with friends and family and had a heart that instinctively reached out to …
