Hazel Ann Chambers was born on March 10, 1933, in St. Ann, Jamaica, W.I. She peacefully passed away at home on April 26, 2022, in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Born to Wilhelmina and Andrew Clarke, Hazel spent her childhood among her many siblings. Hazel married Clinton Chambers, and relocated with their children to Menlo Park, CA in the 1960s. There she pursued a career in the medical field, ultimately retiring from Stanford University Hospital. Hazel eventually …
