He is survived by 3 sisters, Irene Reed of Dover, PA; Theresa Marfise of Duncannon, PA ,and, Margaret Hartman of Mechanicsburg, PA.
He is also survived by his nieces and nephews:

Justin Hartman of York Haven, PA
Jeremy Hartman of York Haven, PA
Jessica Hartman of Mechanisburg, PA
Caleb Reed (Great nephew) of New Cumberland, PA
Joshua Reed (Great nephew) of New Cumberland, PA
Harvey will always be remembered for his love of sports, sense of humor, love and kindness to animals, and good nature.
He was loved and will be missed.
PSALM 121
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
