I knew Harry during my days in Customs. He always had a smile on his face, I remember him as always enjoying a laugh with his work colleagues. He was a dedicated officer with years of experience, which he passed on to many including me. This news came as a complete shock to me and his passing is far too soon. He will be very much missed at work. My condolences to his family at this very sad time.
Sushma, Sukhmani & Jay - so deeply sorry for the tragic loss of Harry, a wonderful husband and father. Just reading the comments from Harry's family, friends and colleagues shows what a true, genuine and loyal character he was. Pray that you will have the strength to get through tomorrow and the tough days ahead. Our thoughts are with you all. Love Nina, Anika & Alina

I started working in EPSB2 with Harry in 1989. He was there just a few months before me and having 2 β€œHarry’s” in the same office was confusing, hence he became Harry sr. Rightfully so. From that point onwards, he became a close friend and a mentor. I don’t think there is enough space for me to write about his honest, pure hearted approach to people. Often people use the term, heart of gold , a diamond geeza and so on and all I can say is that Harry is the epitome of the titles. Never in my 18 years in the UK, working with Harry, did I ever hear him complain about anything or anyone. Sending all our love and wishes to Sushma and kids from across the continent. Harry, you will Always be missed. RIP my friend.

Harry was a fantastic man and a true legend at Heathrow airport. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with him for a number of years.

His loss comes as a massive shock to all and my deepest condolences go out to his family.

RIP Harry Mohain, you will never be forgotten!
I worked with Harry for the best part of 10 years but he’s been a dear friend for 20 years. Such a genuine, hard working, humorous guy. A mentor and guide to many, so knowledgeable. I will miss our chats, banter we’d have whenever we’d see each other at work. You been taken far too soon, Rest In peace my dear friend. Sushma, Jay and Sukhmani my heartfelt condolences to you all, may god give you strength in these difficult times. Love Kalvinder and family x
Only met Harry just couple of times, he was a very humble and gentle person. I hope the family will find the strength to carry on with their life, I know it will be very difficult not to a have such a caring person around but please find the strength.

I first met Harry around 10 years ago at work. I worked in a different area to him at the time but we occasionally worked together for a project geared towards his area of work. Harry was very professional, supportive and approachable so it was easy to build a rapport with him. Over the years our paths would cross every once in a while and I got to know a little more about him each time. Around 18 months or so ago I joined his team and this is where I truly got to know him. Harry was a kind, generous, supportive, caring and hardworking individual who was liked and respected by everyone and who many looked up to as a role model(myself included). From a work perspective, Harry was relentless in his pursuit for positive results which led to us being involved in many interesting and memorable moments- how I miss those times already. Harry’s passion for the job was clear and this positivity rubbed off on others. I will miss you Harry and I will try to find solace in the fact that you are now at peace and with your maker. Thank you for all the help you gave me and the wonderful memories, you will always live on in them. My deepest condolences to Sushma, Jay, Sukhmani and family
Harry you will leave a huge hole in our lives.
The office won’t ever be the same without you.
You were part of our family at work.
You were always there a pillar of support if the need arose.
My deepest condolences to all family and friends on the loss of a beautiful human being.

Harry, what can I say. 5 and half years ago, we met in terminal 3 mib office, you stole my last celebration. We laughed about it so much. Every time we met at work or outside we reminisced on that moment telling everyone our story. Words can’t describe how much of a good friend you’ve been and a mentor in life. As you lay to rest now, your life will be celebrated and memories will be cherished. You will never be forgotten. May you RIP. Ted
I knew Harry from years, even though I never worked with him. I always saw him working hard and very helpful. I can’t forget his face near the Red channel, stopping passengers one after another. It is a shock to me and I can’t forget that he is not with us anymore. β€œ RIP Harry”

Years ago I visited Harry’s mother with two others. She was in crippling pain and very distressed but then her face lit up with an aura of pride and happiness, and she told us how much her son looked after her and described all the extraordinary things he did for her. ..
She was radiant and happy for those moments , and I never forget that day. Harry was a hero for his mother and reading all these comments I can see he touched many others. Kirini
