Harry O. Grose III "Bubby" April 27, 1954 – September 14, 2025

Harry O. Grose III, affectionately known as “Bubby,” passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025, at the age of 71, in his home.
Born and raised in Charlotte, Bubby was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry O. Grose II and Jean Propst Grose.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Terrie; his daughter, Kathleen; his sons, Bradley and Jonathan (wife, Samantha); his cherished grandsons, Caleb, Bentley, and JJ; and his Siblings, Marsha McCollum, Tamara Grose, Danny Grose, and GiGi Grose.
Bubby spent his early years working alongside his family at the Grose School of Dance, a beloved local institution, as an instructor and performer. As a young adult, he spent many seasons performing tap and ballet, most notably in New York and Boston.
In 1991, he began a new chapter with Pepsi, where he built a respected career until his retirement in 2021.
In retirement, Bubby found joy in playing golf, tackling home projects, and spending time with his family. His warmth, humor, and steady presence touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.
Memorial Services will be held at Matthews United Methodist Church on Thursday, September 18, 2025. Visitation hours will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Commons Building, with a Memorial Service starting at 6:00 p.m. (https://share.google/j5moasJe…)
