Harry "Pops" Crout was born March 29th, 1950 to the late Raymond Crout and Ella B Crout in Bessemer,Alabama. He departed this life on February 1,2019 at Westwood Nursing Home under the care of Regency Hospice Southern Care.

Harry Attended public schools of Bessemer, Al and Buffalo,NY. He was married to Elizabeth Crout who preceded him in death, he was also preceded in death by one brother Elmer Crout and a Great Grandson Aubrey J Williams.

In the year 2007 Harry moved to Claxton,Ga and became affectionally known as "POPS" to everyone who knew him. He enjoyed fishing, cookouts, with his friends and spending time with his family along with the neighborhood children.

He leaves to cherish many memories: one daughter Shonceria Crout Williams (Hagan,Ga), Two sons Courtney Crout and Clifton Rawney of Buffalo, NY. One son-in-law Dondi Blocker of (Hagan,Ga). Six grandchildren Joseph Nunnally Jr. ( Charlene Nunnally) of Statesboro,Ga , Octavious Williams of Augusta,Ga , Jaja Williams of Hagan, Ga , Jakina Bartley, and Jazmalina Mobley of Hagan,Ga. Courtney and Laney Crout of Buffalo,NY. Seven Great Grandchildren Ja'Nard Nunnally and Jada Jordan of Claxton,Ga , Jaycee and Jordan Nunnally of Statesboro,Ga , Erryn Lingardof Savannah,Ga , Ares J Williams of Augusta,Ga , JaShawn Bartley of Glennville, Ga. Four brothers Willie Crout , Joseph (Gwendolyn) Crout , Jerome Crout and Marvin Crout. Two sisters Cynthia Crout and Gloria Crout all of Buffalo,NY. Seven Aunts Lavda Jones, Reola Francher , Ethel Page.Mary Wright, Lula Davis, Ruby Adams, Wanda Glover Brown, and one Uncle Nathanial( Rosa) Grove all of Buffalo,NY. One adopted son Bill (Karen) Valentine Sr. Adopted Grandchildren Twylicia, Tanekia, William Jr, Tevin, Monterious Valentine all of Claxton, Ga. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and speacial friends. A very special friend LaRonda Donaldson.
