Hattie wished for her ashes to be laid to rest in the ocean at Point Lookout, NY. Hattie's memorial gathering is now confirmed for Saturday, May 1 from 2-4pm in Point Lookout, NY. 

We will be gathering on the beach at Town Park at Point Lookout. There is ample parking available as you enter the park - use Parking Lot 3. (There is no parking fee since it's the off season.) We will gather in the vicinity of the jetty. If you have questions about the location or trouble finding the right place on May 1, please reach out to Chris at 516-425-9334 or Joy at 516-425-6799.

Attire: Casual/come as you are. We will be gathering on the sand, so please plan accordingly in terms of clothing and shoes, and dress for comfort. (As we will be on the beach, it will be windy.) If you plan to stay a while and would like to have a place to sit, please bring towels/blankets/chairs. 

We will share some food and drinks, and will share stories and memories of Hattie as we celebrate her life in one of her favorite spots. 

Rain date: Sunday, May 2 from 2-4pm

If you're attending, please wear a mask as per COVID guidelines.
