Harold Edward “Buddy” Williams, age 83, of Berkeley Springs, WV, died on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born April 8, 1938 in Portsmouth, OH, he was the son of the late William Thomas and Lena Mae Rader Williams.
He was a Christian. He attended public schools in Baltimore, MD. Buddy worked as an auto mechanic and was a music aficionado. He played lead guitar and sang vocals with Faron Young. …
