Harold's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Harold Gregory Stringer, II, fondly known as Greg, who entered eternal rest on December 16, 2023. Born on September 1, 1975, to Harold and Jocelyne Stringer at Lackland AF Base in San Antonio, Texas, Greg lived a dynamic life, full of innovation and ambitious goals. His personality was a beacon that lit up any room, leaving an unforgettable mark on anyone fortunate enough to have interacted with him.
Greg was a man of many talents and pursuits, but his true passion lay in his free- spirited nature; Web Designer, DJ Distinct, professional Ghost Hunter (Other Worldly Oddities), and car enthusiast are just a few ways to describe his willingness to try new things, which extended to all facets of his life, making him a successful individual who was respected by all who knew him. Despite his many achievements, he wore success humbly, always striving for the next milestone and never growing complacent.
His legacy will be powerfully continued by his sons, Trenton and Thomas. The strength of character, dedication, and unwavering resolve he instilled in them will be a living testament to his incredible life. Trenton and Thomas, were the center of his world. The lessons and values he instilled in them will continue to guide them throughout their lives, ensuring that Greg's influence and impact are never forgotten.
As we mourn the loss of Greg, we also celebrate the extraordinary life he led. His spirit will continue to guide us, and his memory will forever remain in our hearts. We find solace in knowing that his indomitable spirit, just like his name, will never be extinguished. Greg was preceded in death by his niece Natonna Diondria (2006), mother Jocelyne Nadine (2013) and younger brother DiJon James (2020). He is survived by son Trenton Terry (Mother Aiyana Cook) & Thomas Gregory (Mother Stephanie Watson-Stringer), father Harold Gregory, Sr.( Bakersfield, CA), four younger sisters and one younger brother: Ngina (Richardson, TX), Areva (The Colony, TX), Jeremy (Arlington, TX), Taylor (Bakersfield, CA) and Shannon (Bakersfield, CA). Greg is also survived by a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly, but remember him fondly.
