Kevin's twin! Yall really don't know how much I miss this man. More than Pop, a shoulder to lean on, an open ear, a protector. Pop was my very best friend,  my support system, my hero! I knew Pop for who he was, A Man of Men! Very caring but stern, and if anybody know him like I do, HE ALWAYS  stood 10 toes down with no fear. Pop n I had some of the best card parties n cookouts! My best  friend still lives in me! Just hearing my brother Kevin, he really reminds me of the Ole Boy!! Lov u Pop, Kenny G

What can I say about my brother? A brother will always be better than a thousand friends.  My life's journey has given me many pals, but there is no buddy like my brother. We explored the forest and fished together.  He was who I looked to for strength in a big brother.  He would always tell me he joined the Army and went to Vietnam so that I wouldn’t have to go.  As a little brother,  that didn’t settle right with me so as soon as I could, I joined the Air Force and volunteered to go to Vietnam! But the only action I saw in Vietnam was on TV from my barracks in West Texas.  Who would guess, except me, that my brother always looked out for me.  Prior to his death he told me that he was saved and gave his life to Christ and became an Ordain Deacon at the local church he attend.  Would you believe the Pastor who lead him to Christ is a friend of mine and we attended High School together.  Through out my life journey, I’ve come to know that God does have a sense of humor! He save both of us so that our live could be a living testimony and witnesses that God saves, not man! Love you my brother and friend. Your brother, Bishop Lawrence Jerome King!
