Harold's obituary

M. Harold Baldwin, age 90, of Brentwood Tennessee, formerly of Heathsville Virginia, passed away August 21st, 2019 surrounded by his family who adored him. He was born on January 21, 1929 in Toledo Ohio. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Sylvia, son Dr. H. Scott Baldwin (Andrea), daughters Ann Reinicke (Raymond), Kimberly Balderson (Clifton), Jane Packett (Keith), 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Constance. Harold graduated from Georgia Tech with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. He served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy and was an officer on the submarine SS Greenfish. He practiced architecture for 45 years as the principle partner in his own firm in Norfolk, Virginia. He is a charter member and Elder of the Church of the Northern Neck. He loved fishing, boating, travel, antique restoration and selflessly helping others. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date in Virginia. Memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
