Obituary

Harold Norman Bailey passed away on October 30, 2021. Harold was born on August 17, 1928 in Tecumseh, OK to Harlen and Ola Bailey. They moved to Visalia, where he graduated High School. Harold married Frances Estefana Baiz and they recently celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary.

Harold worked as a Technician in Electronics for 30 years and was a resident of Fremont for almost 60 years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, camping, watching Moon Shiners and …
