It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Harold Allan Wright, a devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and proud veteran, who passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Harold was born on July 29, 1947, in Clermont County Ohio, to Ruth and Elmer Wright. He proudly served his country as a veteran and lived a life dedicated to his family and loved ones. Harold’s deep love and commitment to his family were the foundation of everything he did. He was a true patriarch whose presence will be forever missed.

Harold was a father to his children: Allan Wright (D), Carol Latchford, Regina Wright, Joan Wright (D), John Wright (D), Suzette and Keith Wathey, Mike Wright, Mark Wright (D), and Matthew Wright. He was also a cherished grandfather to Richard and Kassi Durfee, Joey and Destinii Durfee, Justin and Samantha Durfee, Samantha Blake, David Wathey, Haley Wathey, and Gavin Wright. Harold was blessed to have 18 great-grandchildren who brought him immense joy.

Harold’s family was his pride and joy, and he cherished every moment spent with them. His legacy of love, strength, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He was a man of great character, always ready with a word of wisdom or a helping hand. His family’s loss is immeasurable, but they take comfort in knowing that his love will continue to guide them.

A service to honor Harold’s life will be held at the Florida National Cemetery located in Bushnell Fl on Friday, February 7TH, at 10 AM.

Allan, you will forever be missed but never forgotten.
