I've known Hannah ever since she was born. Ever since my brother had Hannah his life changed. Hannah was a person who could make everyone smile when she walks in a room or she'll tell you something that would make your day so much better. A bright young soul who fought hard in her fight and stayed strong every step of the way. Taken too young, my favorite niece. Rest in Peace Hannah. ❤️
