Hallie Virginia Fisher Williams of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at her home on Sunday, July 28, 2019. She was 94 years old.
Hallie was born on November 11, 1924 in Rockbridge County as the second of seven children to the late Earnest Thomas Fisher & Mary Betty Wilhelm Fisher.
