Haley's obituary
Haley Kay Craig was born in Spokane, Washington on May 30, 2004 to Marvin Craig and Tiffany Elwess. She was loved by her stepparents Teshera Craig and Shawn Elwess, her four younger siblings Finley, Avelyn, Oakley, and Bassin, her grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Although she weighed 4 lbs 12 oz at birth, Haley quickly proved that it would not slow her down. She was a lively and outgoing child. She loved to play basketball, softball, tennis, and volleyball through elementary to middle school. She made friends she loved like family. Haley loved the outdoors. Some of her best memories were fishing with her mother and hunting with her father. She treasured all the time she spent with her cousins from camping trips to traveling adventures. She rarely turned down the opportunity to hunt huckleberries, be at the lake, or ride the four-wheeler. Haley could light up a room with her beauty, laughter, and goofy personality.
Despite the blessings in her life, Haley fought hard battles. She worked hard to overcome these obstacles. Finding out that she was going to be mother was everything to Haley. She immediately fell deeply in love with her son, Cash Anthony Gary Fisher. Haley couldn’t wait to hold him in her arms.
Haley would want us to hold the two them in our hearts remembering the good memories and how much she loved each and every one of us. As much pain and sorrow this brings, Haley has brought all of us together and would want us to celebrate their lives today and always.
