Our sincere condolences.  Gwyn was a special child.  She was always funny and adventurous.  Elizabeth was lucky to have her as a friend.
I have prayed for Gwyn and her family throughout her illness. Elias and Kali are thankful for the times spent with Gwyn and your family. The flower garden you are creating will hopefully provide comfort in many days ahead. I will continue to pray for Gods blessings for your family.

We had such a wonderful vacation with the Morgan family in May of 2021. We were privileged to get to know Gwyn a little on that trip and even got to celebrate her 10th birthday at the vacation house. She was SO good with our boys, who were 5, 2, and 8 months at the time, and was such a joy to be around. We are thankful for those memories and for the small time we got to get to know her.

Memories of Gwyn make me smile, one of my favorites is making pancakes with Gwyn and Lorraine. Each of the girls would want to help in whatever way they could. Measuring out ingredients, mixing the batter, anything. And always there was conversations, ranging from telling tall tales to science questions.

One time Gwyn asked me about atoms, so we dived into the subject and talked about electron vs. proton vs neutrons. It was so much fun, but I was thinking I was boring her because she was drawing while talking with me. When she was done drawing she showed me what she had drawn and it was her understanding of atoms and everything we had talked about. I was amazed at how much he had understood and how she had drawn her thoughts.

My other favorite conversations were when I would tell tall tales, normally stories from Carol’s childhood, and the two girls would have to decide if I was telling the truth or fibbing. LOL Gwyn was amazing at knowing when I was stretching the truth… there was always much laughter!
