Gwendoly "Daphney" Cox (nee Malvo), 91, of Spring Hill, FL, peacefully passed away on January 27, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. Gwendoly was born on October 18, 1932 in the parish of St Andrews, Jamaica. She immigrated to Brooklyn, New York in 1980 and worked at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY until 1997. Upon retiring, she used her nurturing spirit and culinary skills to open a small restaurant in Brooklyn until her final retirement …
