Background
Gwen worked as a pediatric nurse and was a big supporter of the Children's Hospital Colorado. In her free time, she knit skull caps for newborns, ear savers for the nurses during the pandemic, and made soft fleece blankets for children to have comfort while in the hospital. During Gwen's final weeks in the hospital herself she asked that her friends and family make donations to the Children's Hospital Denver on her behalf.
