Dearest Gwen, Thank you for all the loving care you share to foreign students and one like me. May your kindness convey and flourish. May sunshine and breeze sooth your family. May love and joy all over you amazingly. Thank you, this is Terry.
Though we only met twice, your desire to have more people to know Jesus, your steadfast love to your family, brothers and sisters, your joy to serve our Lord with all your heart, your mind and strength, and the warmth and hospitality will always in my heart. Sister Gwen!
My deep condolences and thoughts are with you Jackie! Caleb too! It is my regret of unable to come back to HNL visiting Gwen sooner. Yet there is an unspeakable joy to know Gwen is Home resting until we meet again. Please take good care! In the love of Christ always.
Gwen, like more than dozen of us, dedicated herself for the full time ministry. I think she was the first one among this group went home to be with Lord. We’re grateful for God’s callings upon her: 1. To believe in Jesus, 2. To get in full time ministry and 3. Home to be with Jesus and relinquish all the suffering and pain, and that Jesus called her good and faithful servant.
Gwen came to CCM, Petaluma, CA for the summer internship program in 1977. We have kept in touch since then. I have always appreciated her quiet and steady love for others, her faithfulness in serving the Lord and the church. May God comfort you for the loss, Jackie and Caleb.
Jackie and Caleb, so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts are always with you. May you find peace, comfort, and all the love you need in the days to come. 永遠懷念爽朗、積極的Gwen. 💕💕
