The family would like to invite anyone who knew Gabe to come celebrate his life with us. We know he had many friends and connected with people wherever he went. Please come share your memories of him with us.
The Celebration of Life will take place in two parts from 4:00-8:00 pm at the Georgetown Event Center. Feel free to attend both parts or whatever you feel comfortable with.
We will have a more formal memorial service from 4:00-5:00 p.m. with a few words from pastor Richard Neusch of True Life Church in Round Rock, words from those close to him, and a photo slideshow. Anyone who wishes to say a few words is welcome to do so. Gabe will be cremated and his urn will be present at the memorial.
From 5:00-8:00 p.m., we will celebrate Gabe's life in a way that reminds us of him. We will have pizza from his favorite place, 600 Degrees Pizzeria in Georgetown, and a dance floor that he would have been all over. We will have photos and memorabilia from his life for viewing. Additionally, if you have any photos or stories you would like to share, we would love to have them. We would love to collect memories from his life to share with his children as they get older.
Finally, for anyone who can stay until the end, we will do a final sendoff at sunset. We will have materials available for you to write your final words to Gabe, and together we will release them to the sky.
