Guy's obituary
It is with deep regret and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Guy Lee Osborn. Born on the 11th of December 1962, Guy left us too soon on Christmas Day, 2025. His life was one marked by love, laughter, and tireless dedication to those he cherished.
Guy is survived by his devoted son, Jason Osborn, his esteemed daughter-in-law, Lindsay, and his three adored granddaughters; Karleigh, Olivia, and Jane. Each of them were the apple of his eye, and they will carry his legacy forward with great pride and enduring love. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Lee and Patsy Ann Osborn, whom we trust will welcome him in the life beyond this one.
As a father and grandfather, Guy's life was largely centered around his family. He was blessed with the joy of welcoming his son on May 23, 1989, and subsequently the arrival of his three grandchildren on July 11, 2010, October 13, 2011, and May 18, 2020. These were the moments that filled his life with purpose and happiness, reminding him constantly of the beauty life holds.
Guy was a man of simple pleasures. He had a soft spot for Dr. Pepper, and was often found rooting for his favorite sports teams; The Green Bay Packers, The Detroit Lions, and even The Dallas Cowboys (once upon a time). His recreational activities included spending quality time with his son and granddaughters, watching movies, and working with animals. These brought him immense joy and were his means of relaxation.
His favorite place to escape was Colorado Springs. The peace and serenity he found there was unmatched, and these trips were the highlight of his years. Guy was a mix of hardworking, ornery, funny, and caring – a combination that made him so uniquely lovable.
Guy Osborn will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His spirit will continue to live on in their hearts and memories, a testament to the life of a man who was truly one of a kind. He leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication that will forever be cherished.
